Boettler Park
Boettler Park in Green has a pirate- themed playground! The park itself has 82 acres and is packed with different features like a fully-fenced little tot playground, the pirate-themed Heritage Hill playground, a historical school house, fishing pond, 1/2 mile walking trail, basketball, pickleball, volleyball and tennis courts. There's lots of green, grassy space with picnic tables and pavilions.
The main playground has so many cool features! They have the lights and sounds games and Gaga ball courts that the City of Green loves so much, rope and ADA zip lines and the pirate-themed playground structure (new in 2016). My kids absolutely loved climbing the rope "masts" of the ship and hanging out on the rope hammocks. We had just watched their favorite movie, Sea Beast, and they had a blast acting out the scenes.
The tiny tot playground is just down the hill from the main playground and has some fun features like a log-climbing course and a good spinner!
This playground is definitely worth checking out!
